What We Make

The full kit of capabilities.

Tossing Headroom
Depth sized so the portion can be mixed without spilling.
Wide Mouth
Chopstick access at an angle.
Double Poly Base
Heavier lining where sauce pools for the whole journey.
Seamless Folded Base
No glue line for sauce to work through.
Matched Sauce Pails
Mini containers so sauce travels separately and dresses on arrival.
Steam Venting
Modest perforation for longer deliveries.
Inside Printing
The panel the customer looks straight into.
Compostable Lining
PLA where commercial composting is available.
Filling to the Rim
Noodles need room to be tossed. A full box means the first stir goes on the table, and customers read that as a portioning problem.
Single Lining for Wet Dishes
Sauce drains to the base and stays there. A single poly coat is adequate on the walls and marginal on the floor.

Measure Twice

Sizing & dieline.

Every Custom Printed Noodle Boxes is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

How to measure
01
Measure the product

Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.

02
Add clearance

Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.

03
Give us the order

We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.

What It Costs

What moves the price
Quantity

The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.

Material and thickness

Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.

Finishing

Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.

Print coverage

Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.

Inserts and hardware

Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.

Timeline

Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

— Frequently Asked Questions —

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about Custom Printed Noodle Boxes.

Headroom and mouth width, mainly — because noodles are mixed and eaten in the container, while rice is scooped out.

Tossing noodles with chopsticks means lifting them clear of the food and dropping them back. That needs room above the portion and an opening wide enough to get chopsticks in at an angle. A container filled to the brim makes the first stir spill.

The other difference is sauce. Noodles carry sauce that drains and pools at the base during the journey, so the floor of the container takes far more liquid contact than the walls. We usually specify a double poly lining on saucy noodle dishes for that reason.

Rice, by contrast, is mostly a steam-management problem — a lot of vapour, condensing back into the portion.

If the dish allows it, yes — it is the single most effective thing you can do for noodle quality on delivery.

Sauce sitting on noodles for twenty minutes continues to be absorbed. The noodles soften, and the sauce that drains to the base leaves the bottom of the portion much wetter than the top. Nothing about the container prevents that; it is what sauce does.

A mini pail of sauce alongside lets the customer dress the dish on arrival, and the noodles arrive with the texture the kitchen intended.

The trade-offs are honest ones: it is an extra container to buy and fill, it adds a step for the customer, and some dishes genuinely need the sauce cooked through rather than added at the end. For those, tuned venting and a double-lined base are the next best thing.
