Moulded fibre is the stronger carrier, and E-flute corrugated is the one that saves space. Fibre gets its rigidity from formed geometry and holds shape better when damp, but it arrives pre-formed and takes up storage room.

Corrugated carriers ship flat and fold up at the counter, which adds a little assembly time per unit. We'd go with fibre for high-volume drive-through service and corrugated where storage is tight.

Carriers usually fail on a turn, when the liquid in four cups shifts its weight to one side. Static weight is rarely the problem, because a full carrier is top-heavy and the load keeps moving while it's carried.

We reinforce the cell walls on four-cup formats and add an integrated handle, strengthened where the load concentrates. Cells are sized to your cups, since a loose cell lets a cup rock.

Cold cups sweat into the cells, and untreated board loses strength while the tray is still in use. That's the moment a carrier sags or a cell wall gives way.

We make ours from moisture-resistant board or moulded fibre, and both keep their strength as water runs into the structure. Untreated board isn't an option we offer for this product.

Moulded fibre prints poorly direct, so branding goes on as an embossed logo or an applied label. The emboss is pressed in during forming and leaves a subtle mark with no ink, while a label is the simplest route to a full-colour logo.

Corrugated carriers are different, since their flat faces take a printed panel well on kraft or white. High-volume operations often run plain unprinted carriers, the cheapest option of all.

The 2-cup holder measures 7 × 4 × 2 in and the 4-cup measures 8 × 8 × 2 in. The cell diameter matters more than the footprint, and we size it to the cups you actually serve.

One cell size doesn't suit every cup, so we don't make a universal carrier. We can also mix cell sizes in one tray, so a large iced drink and a small hot cup travel together.

Yes, our moulded fibre carriers use recycled fibre as standard and go back into paper recycling after use. A drink carrier is a short-life service item, so recycled content suits it well.

Kraft corrugated carriers go in the same paper stream in most curbside programs. An embossed logo leaves the carrier as plain fibre, with no ink or label added.

Branded carriers start at 500 units. Orders past 1,000 drop into lower price tiers, and we run up to 100,000 for chains.

Two-cup and four-cup formats are separate items, so you can split an order to match how your drinks actually go out. If you're unsure which will sell more, start with the four-cup, which also carries a pair of drinks comfortably.

Carriers leave production 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. On a rush order we can bring that down to 5 to 7 business days.

Samples take 5 to 7 business days, and we'd suggest loading one with four full cups and testing it on a turn before you commit. Once the order goes ahead, the sample fee is credited against it.
