Every Paper Lunch Box is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

Paper Lunch Box is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

It can physically, but it will not do either well, and it is worth being clear about why.
Hot and cold components want opposite conditions. Hot food needs venting so it does not steam itself soft. Cold food needs to stay cold and is spoiled by warmth and moisture. In one undivided box you get the compromise: a warm salad and a softened main.
Compartments help partially. They stop moisture migrating between components, which is a real improvement. What they do not do is manage temperature — board conducts heat readily, so a divider will not keep a salad cold beside a hot curry.
The proper fix is separate containers for genuinely incompatible components. It costs more and gives the customer two things to carry, but it is the only approach that actually works.
The best answer is often at menu level: an all-hot or all-cold box removes the problem entirely, and a simple hinged lunch box is then exactly the right product.
