What We Make

The full kit of capabilities.

Moulded Compartments
Deep wells that genuinely keep wet and dry food apart.
Three and Five Well Layouts
Mapped to your actual menu and serving sizes.
Portion-Controlled Wells
Fixed sizes so every tray is served the same.
Serving-Line Stacking
Separates cleanly even when damp.
Bagasse Compostable Fibre
Microwave and freezer safe, composts with food waste on it.
Clear Lidding Film
For pre-made trays and transport.
Embossed Branding
Pressed into the fibre during moulding.
Custom Well Layouts
Compartment sizes built around your specific menu.
High-Detail Direct Printing
Moulded fibre is textured and absorbent. Fine detail will not hold — brand on a sleeve, label or emboss.
Shallow Wells for Sauced Menus
Sauce slops between compartments when the tray is carried, which defeats the point of having them.

Measure Twice

Sizing & dieline.

Every Paper Lunch Trays is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

How to measure
01
Measure the product

Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.

02
Add clearance

Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.

03
Give us the order

We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.

✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product — we measure it and build the dieline.

What It Costs

Pricing & minimums.

Paper Lunch Trays is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.

What moves the price
Quantity

The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.

Material and thickness

Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.

Finishing

Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.

Print coverage

Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.

Inserts and hardware

Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.

Timeline

Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

— Frequently Asked Questions —

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about Paper Lunch Trays.

Map it against your actual menu rather than choosing the higher number for flexibility — that is the mistake that causes problems.

Three wells — typically main, side and dessert. This covers most standard meal services and gives each component a usefully sized space.

Five wells — for menus with more components, or where a piece of fruit and a drink carton also sit on the tray.

The trade-off is direct: more wells means smaller portions in each. A five-well tray the same size as a three-well tray has a noticeably smaller main compartment, and if your main portion does not fit, serving staff will overfill it and sauce will slop into the neighbouring wells.

Send us your actual portion sizes for each component and we will lay the wells out around them.
