Customized Paper Taco Holders
Upright, separated and steady — the format solves a plating problem, not a wrapping one.
Tacos fall over and lose their filling on any flat surface. Die-cut channels hold two or three upright so they can be carried and eaten without collapsing.

Every detail. Intentional.
Channels hold them upright
Which a flat tray cannot do.
Two and three-taco formats
Two and three-shell formats.
Grease from the filling
Grease sealed at the surface.
Carried without collapse
The reason the format was invented.
Flat storage before use
Counter space is the constraint.
Fibre options available
Where plastic has been designed out.
Built like architecture.
Each Customized Paper Taco Holders is an engineered object — measured, dieline-cut, and hand-wrapped to spec. Below: the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
Every Customized Paper Taco Holders is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product — we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
Customized Paper Taco Holders is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

“Fast turnaround, flawless quality, and the design support is genuinely exceptional.”
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Customized Paper Taco Holders.
Match it to how you actually sell, and then check the spacing against a filled taco.
Two-slot suits a standard order where most customers buy a pair, and it gives each taco generous room.
Three-slot suits combination plates and sharing, but only works if the slots are spaced for loaded tacos.
That last point is where most sizing errors happen. An empty shell is narrow; a taco loaded with meat, salsa, cheese and garnish is much wider at the top. A three-slot holder designed around empty shells forces staff to under-fill or wedge them in, and you end up with a holder that technically fits three tacos and practically fits two.
Send us a made-up taco at your normal fill and we will space the slots around it.
