Custom Printed Parchment Paper.

Parchment is silicone-treated and stays stable at oven temperatures, while wax paper melts. The silicone gives release on both faces so baked goods lift cleanly, and it resists hot oil without a fluorochemical treatment. Oven tolerance is typically around 220°C, though you should confirm that against your own process.

It is not for direct flame or grill contact, and it is not a moisture barrier.

Yes, the treated paper stays opaque and the grease-tolerant ink stays readable where untreated paper would go transparent. Low-migration food-safe inks are specified for direct contact at temperature, which is a requirement rather than an upgrade on this product. Border print keeps the artwork above the food in a basket, and an all-over repeat reads well however the sheet is folded or torn.

Sheets, rolls and pre-cut liners, chosen by how your kitchen works. Pre-cut liners to your pan or basket size save the most time on the line, rolls suit a bakery cutting to length, and sheets cover general service. Stock is unbleached for an artisan look or bleached where you want brighter print.

We cut liners to your tray dimensions, so send the pan size with the order.

Flexo in one or two colours is the usual choice for serving liners, either a logo or a repeating pattern. Full CMYK runs on bleached stock for photographic artwork. Unprinted natural parchment is the cheapest and does the job in the kitchen.

All inks are low-migration and grease-tolerant, so they survive contact with hot fried food.

Standard sheets are 12 by 16 inches, and rolls go up to 18 inches wide. Pre-cut liners are made to your pan or basket dimensions rather than a standard size. Measure the pan base, not the outer rim, when specifying a liner.

Unprinted parchment carries the same minimum.

Count on 7 to 10 business days for the standard run. Rush is 5 to 7 business days, and samples ship in 5 to 7 business days so you can bake on them and check the release. The sample charge is credited against the bulk order.

Compostable grades are available where the silicone system and the paper stock are certified together. Standard parchment is silicone-treated paper with no fluorochemical, so it is free of the PFAS coatings that are restricted in several states. Unbleached stock is the more common choice for serving liners and reads natural.

Ask for the certified grade if your venue composts, and we will mark it accordingly.
