Every Savaday Food Trays is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

Pricing & minimums.
Savaday Food Trays is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Rigidity for the weight, mainly, plus what it lets you do with compartments.
A moulded fibre tray gets its stiffness from shape — curved walls, formed rims, moulded ribs — rather than from thickness. A folded board tray has to get heavier to get stiffer. At the same weight, moulded fibre is considerably more rigid, which matters for anything carried loaded or stacked several deep in a cabinet.
The second advantage is compartments. Fibre moulds deep wells directly. Folded board needs a separate insert to achieve the same thing, which is another component to buy, store and assemble.
The third is material: recycled fibre and bagasse are by-products rather than purpose-made materials, and both compost. Bagasse is also microwave and freezer safe without any plastic lining.
The trade-off is printing. Board takes fine detail and photography; moulded fibre does not. If precise print reproduction matters to your brand, board with a good barrier may be the better choice.
