Snack Boxes
One box, several components — the divider does more than the walls.
Grazing formats need contents kept apart so textures and flavours do not transfer. The insert decides whether it arrives as a composed box or a jumble.

Every detail. Intentional.
Dividers keep contents apart
Texture and flavour transfer otherwise.
Composed, not jumbled
Which is what the customer paid for.
Grease where it applies
Some compartments need coating.
Windowed where it sells
Visible contents drive counter purchase.
Chill-stable where refrigerated
Grab-and-go display cases.
Stacks in a display
Level tops for merchandising.
Built like architecture.
Each Snack Boxes is an engineered object — measured, dieline-cut, and hand-wrapped to spec. Below: the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
Every Snack Boxes is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product — we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
Snack Boxes is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Snack Boxes.
If the assortment mixes textures, yes — and the reason is preservation rather than presentation.
Snack and grazing boxes typically combine something crisp (crackers, breadsticks, nuts), something soft (cheese, cured meat) and often something wet (fruit, dip, olives). Packed together, moisture moves from the wet items into the dry ones. The crisp component softens within hours.
These are usually chilled, pre-packed products that may sit most of a day in a cabinet before someone buys them — comfortably long enough for that to happen. The customer opens a box where the crackers have gone soft and concludes the product is poor.
Compartments prevent it entirely, and they have a second benefit: a box with everything in defined wells reads as considered and supports a premium price. The same contents loose look like leftovers.
